1:1 Coaching
I work with women, privately, typically in a 3 month journey. I hold space for you to build your own life of freedom and wellbeing. As you become free from conventional thinking, feeling, and living, you transcend the ordinary to uncover self empowerment and expand your gifts.
We will dig in and heal limiting beliefs, patterns, and programs to allow new codes turn on.
Talks and Workshops
I adore sharing a message of hope with women that empowers them to ditch old stories and “should haves”, and instead choose courage, acceptance, and the miraculous. Through individual talks and workshops, I teach women how to connect and live from the Christ light within, ignite their voice, and bring their best work into the world.
Meditation & Body Awake Yoga
I use conscious embodiment practices, breathwork and meditation to help people learn to tap into the energetic fields of their own bodies while performing traditional yoga asanas and techniques along with Dr. Sue Morter's Energy Codes.
